Citing PDR/Permissions
If all you need to do is to cite to a PDR print book or get permission to use a small amount of PDR content in another media publication, PDR’s policy is to grant such permission, but only on the terms set forth below:
a) The total amount of content from the PDR must be a de minimus amount (no more than 1 image/chart or no more than 250 words)
b) The material must clearly and conspicuously use this proper citation to the relevant PDR Book:
a. “Used with the permission of PDR Network, LLC, publisher of Physicians’ Desk Reference. ©[year of publication] PDR Network, LLC.

d) By using the materials or making the applicable citation, the user hereby holds PDR Network, LLC and its partners and affiliates harmless from any and all liability that may arise in connection with such use and hereby agrees to indemnify PDR Network, LLC and its partners and affiliates for any liability that may arise in connection with such use.
e) User must send a digital file with a clear example of the use of PDR materials and the appropriate citation to PDR Network at permissions@pdr.net for its file.
f) PDR Network reserves the right to revoke any permission granted pursuant to this policy if it believes that failure to revoke the permission would increase the risk of liability to PDR Network, LLC and/or its partners and affiliates.
